Products
Petasemi is an industry-leading designer and manufacturer of optical and photonic products. Leveraging advanced expertise in design, process development, testing, and mass production management, we deliver innovative, cost-effective, and low-power solutions that meet the evolving demands of the photonics industry.
Petasemi offers GaAs and InGaAs-based photodetectors, including both PIN PD and APD types. The product lineup covers response wavelengths of 850nm as well as the broad range from 1100nm to 1700nm. These photodetectors feature low dark current, high responsivity, and excellent reliability.
They are widely used in telecommunications, data centers, monitoring and sensing, Active Optical Cables (AOC), long-wavelength LiDAR, quantum communication, and microwave photonic links.
